By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.   • “Booking”: A confirmed reservation for resort services.
  • “Services”: All booking-related services provided via the Website.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • You may be required to create an account to complete a booking. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

4. Booking and Reservation Process

  • Reservation Process: All bookings are subject to availability. You must follow the on-screen instructions, provide the required details, and verify your booking information.
  • Reservation Email: For reservations, please make your booking via email at thewildtrails@gmail.com.
  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
  • Modifications: Any request for modification of booking details (e.g., dates, guest information) must be submitted in writing and is subject to availability and any applicable fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in ₹ and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking via the accepted payment methods provided on the Website.
  • Your booking is not guaranteed until the payment is successfully processed.
  • In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

6. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In: Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per hotel policy. Please inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out.

7. Bookings / Reservations

  • Reservations must be made via email at thewildtrails@gmail.com.
  • The Travel Agent Voucher or full payment must be received before the cut-off date specified for a FIT (Free Independent Traveler) reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation.

8. General Policies

  1. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
  2. Please provide the exact address to which bills should be sent; normally, bills are sent to the address mentioned on the voucher.
  3. Rooms will be released if payments or vouchers are not issued within the designated cut-off periods.
  4. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate you despite your guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation and transport at our cost.
  5. Special rates are valid until the provided validity date.

9. Child Policy

  1. Children 5 years and below are complimentary without an extra bed.
  2. Children between 6 and 11 years are treated as children and will be charged as per the applicable rates or package guidelines.
  3. Children 12 years and above will be treated as adults.
  4. For any extra bed requests, additional person tariffs will apply.

10. Proof of Identity

  1. In accordance with the latest Government of India directives, all Indian guests must carry a valid photo identity proof (e.g., Voter ID, PAN Card, Armed Forces ID, etc.).
  2. It is mandatory for all foreign nationals and NRIs to carry their passport along with a valid visa or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.

11. User Responsibilities and Conduct

  • You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Website may result in termination of access and legal action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Wild Trails Munnar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
